Refund policy

If you receive a faulty product we will offer to replace the exact product order, if the product is not in stock we will provide a refund if the product is faulty.

Please email us on vanityeditofficial.com with the order number, the item and reason for the return (include photographic evidence).

Once you've received confirmation from us, send back to the address given with a copy of order confirmation including order number (return postage of the faulty product to be covered by customer).

We will send you a replacement product within 5 working days of receiving the faulty product (Vanity Edit will cover the shipping back to you).

Please kindly note Vanity Edit products are only classified as faulty if they are received damaged within 7 days, as a result wear and tear or the incorrect size are not considered a reason for return.
